At RootSparsh, we aim to deliver your Ayurvedic hair care essentials swiftly and safely across India.

1. Processing & Dispatch

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

• Dispatch Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email to monitor your shipment in real-time.

2. Delivery Timelines & Charges

• Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.

• Rest of India: Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

• Shipping Fee:

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹499. A nominal fee of ₹50 applies on prepaid orders below ₹499.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional COD handling fee of ₹40 applies to all COD orders.

3. Delivery Partner & Tracking

• We partner with trusted courier services (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and India Post) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• If your tracking status shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, please contact us within 24 hours.

4. Damaged Packaging

• If the outer package appears severely damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and inform our customer support immediately.
